1. Financial reward (bonus, commission, extra pay, salary increase...etc).
2. Non-Financial reward (praise , recognition, respect , appreciation of hard work...etc)
Both of your points.
Normally answer of this question depending on the nature of your role, you cite factors such as challenges, results and recognition.
Few example of answer are as below:
I am motivated by meeting set targets within deadlines, as it gives me a sense of accomplishment and it's something that I can look back on and say "I achieved that".
I am motivated by visible results.
I am also motivated with interacting with my subordinate and friend which help me to exchange of my thought and generate new ideas.
motivates
Both two points without separation
Agree with Mr. Omar <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
combination of above. thanks.
Easy question but hard to answer...well, I think the two must go together. Money because it is the source of everything you work for...For kids, their studies, for the family, for your day to day expenses and basically for your needs. Without money we cant do a thing. And Non- Financial reward is also a necessity because you acknowledges the hard work of your subordinates, meaning you are noticing their efforts, their dedication and their time rendered to doing their work the best they could.
Thanks
Both of them (1) & (2)
For me financial reward extra pay.and non financial appreciation.
