What is vocational skill and why it is important?

Technical and Vocational education and training (TVET) are the key aspects of economic development of any country. Whether state supported programs or private sector development require strong and quality labour force and in this strivings of nations TVET occupy a serious position. Steady economic growth, competitive business and human capital development are all dependent on TVET. We can produce thousands of specialists with Higher Education but only 1/10 might be useful. The rest 9/10 of the labour force is necessary in manufacturing industries. That’s why TVET is the key to social welfare and competitive labour force of any nation.
