Does Dubai / UAE have anything akin to the UK's:

ARLA  - The Association of Residential Letting Agents

ARMA - The Association of Residential Managing Agents

IRPM - Institute of Residential Property Management

TPO - The Property Ombudsman

The Ombudsman Service (Property) 

I am of course excluding Dubai's (and the other emirates) Land Departments, or do they fulfil the needs of all of the above in one department?Questions:

1. What are the industry standards?

2. Who sets the industry standards?

3. Who are the regulatory bodies?
