Stress is a force and your attitude and nerves make it possible to have positive energy through it. For me the stress is a beautiful thing as it helps me to push my self , increase focus and make bold decisions.

It entirely depends on the situation
make a work schedule , identify priorities and plan your works
A tad bit of stress usually acts like a catalyst for me, and it helps my innovative approach to shine.
Undue pressure however is not good, so I keep an active gym/swim routine to help keep my sanity!

1. Be positive and do not panic
2. Reorganize your duties
3. Take a break !
