1 & 4. but basically we must understand the process, materials, time, manpower requirements. this is classic example of lean manufacturing based management.
Create standard work, identify waste from the process (there are 7 types of waste in any manufacturing / service industry prioress) apply lean six sigma or Kaizen approach and fix the gaps for most productive process on sustainable basis.
