i'm completly againt , abortion, i'm sure

It is a very interesting subject that has made controversial debates and decisions and has been subject of many reviews. "Abortion" is defined as "the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first weeks" that makes from it a decision that is done consciously and intentionally following a careful and unhurried thinking process. It should be a non-arbitrary decision. This decision usually emanates from an emancipated person, willing to take such decision and bare its consequences. The legislations provide contradictory positions on this topic, it means that if the abortion is allowed by certain laws adopting a liberal position, it might be prohibited/restricted by few conservative laws. Both sides are very careful in allowing it happens and in regulating the way and conditions it should be processed. In my opinion, any such cases should be referred to the doctors who might give their professional well justified opinion and recommend it happens or not depending for example on whether the fetus is developed in a way that makes the return backward be a most difficult decision to take or otherwise if it doesn't worsen both the health of the mother and of the foetus than it becomes obviousness that terminating the baby's life would have no sense and could even constitute a crime penalized by the law. Hence, when talking about Abortion we are always constraint to refer to what have been stated by the applicable laws, until these laws get reviewed/promulgated.
