One of the keys of sales person/customer service is communication skills capability, therefore you must be able to understand that customers have the right to choose wherever they like regardless your goal or target in making sales. The point here is your capability of convincing them about the product you are trying to sell or finding another alternative to make the sales.

Hence your relationship with customers should be more effective by:

2. Making quick decision and solving their problems

3. Be flexible

4. Be always friendly and build a trust !
