First of all we must accept for customer satisfaction that  the customers always right.I think customers not only run the organizations but also business depend upon the customers.Business involve many factors but the main factor are costumers.Business develop of its every deportment for customers.For customers Satisfaction we must have to understand the following  common and professional things.

Customers needs,demands,attitude,thinking,purchasing power ,complains of customers. product history and current knowledge,treat as guest.Be tactful in critical situation,use business language words like please,sorry,sir,Madam

One important tip that I highly recommend is to empathize with the customer. In dealing with them one should put themselves in their shoes to know how  it feels and what will be the necessary actions or the needs of the client.

I think you should tell the customer the truth and love what you do also you should focus on service before anything else.
