What is the best way for recent graduates to find a job as most CV's are ranked in order of experience? What advice would you for new job seekers looking to transition into the professional world especially from an Accounting background?

As I noticed mostly fresh graduates now a days are not calm they want higher ranks or  managerial level jobs initially..first of all keep patience as you mention in your question people from accounting background add colors or stars in your CV by doing some professional courses, do extra certification...it will automatically enhanced your skills.. Always respect your seniors don't hesitate to do small jobs  I actually mean Hard work..
