I think all people have all 7 points. 

For me the most important is 1,4,6 and 7

The seven points listed out are relevant. Basically this question involves highlighting your abilities to work closely as part of teams in order to evolve solutions to enhance the organisation's output.

Therefore you have to show how flexible you are to demonstrate your experience & knowledge towards developing your team & yourself.
