•The ability to Control over others.

•Responsible.

• Negotiation Skills.

•Ability to work in groups.

Human beings are creatures of Habits, it is not only the sales person intelligence, it is what the company training strategies. You can push the sales person to make sales, but they do it as per their experience and education to a certain limit. However the company need to give them a flash light in the dark roads they will pass in..... The sales persons are our partners and usually with partners you tell them what is the plan... A Good Sales Person must have the ability to understand the needs and wants of a client,  She or He must have the understanding of the product and the target market. Nowadays sales man always after to the "commission",  "to sold"  and to prospect without digging the needs, more often become the hard sell process. The outcome is no repeat orders and repeat clients. Sales Person must give value to their client base and always have the good customer service even after sales. Sales in not a hard process, if you are knowledgable in the business and giving attention to the details of the clients. It will never be hard sell, Keep in your mind everyone was always a consumer, so be the sales person you are looking for as well. provide quality service.

  • Sales person should have excellent product knowledge.
  • Sales person should be a problem solver for their customers/clients
  • Sales person should be sociable.
  • Sales person should have good positive body language.
  • Sales person should  avoid any loose talk.
  • Sales person should have better customer relation.

These above mentioned qualities are mandatory for a sales person and he will be the boon to the organization/company.

2- Listener more than talker: Listen to clients needs and wants.

4- Good Behavior and manners.

5- Be optimistic.

6- Follow up until he drops: keep on pushing no matter what to achieve is goals

7- Never give up and is not a quieter.
