Assalam aleikum! My starting position was junior IS consultant. It was rather easy to find such job even for fresh grade without experience. In IT companies there's ALWAYS a lot of routine work to do. So for the first time my work was to help my older collegues with their routine work. After that everything will depend on you only.
Adminstration, ERP systems, Database specialist. etc..
