Even though I'm very much pro learning and training, I find that most entrepreneurs don't have time to take on training programs. Not only because they are very busy with their businesses, but also because of the short attention span most of them have and the need to get the most of their times constantly. Hence I suggest for Entrepreneurs to form networking inside circles where they can meet up together and exchange management issues and discuss them among themselves. They will benefit much better from this kind of interactive / networking learning process.
Entrepreneurship training does have a positive impact on entrepreneur's management skills and in turn improve enterprise management. This is very common for enterprises to shape their entrepreneurs by providing entrepreneurship training with all the necessary qualities required to steer the enterprise towards achieving the enterprise objectives, goals and targets.
