6. Department specific induction that gives more details about the different departments and the workflow / employees / process within such department (not all employees need to attend this part)
7. Team Building activity (fun game that make all new employees engaged and get to know each other)
8. A word from the CEO / President even via Skype or video recorded.
9. HR policy briefing (vacations / attendance / conduct / dos and don'ts / warnings / disciplinary actions...ect)
That should do it for a full induction
