How useful do you think staff meetings are for the education process?

meetings are made to spread informations , collecting informations, solving problems or simply  discussing situations .peter drucker says  in his conception of human resources (human touch) we must open  

employees eyes and give them news in the field

more we give them infos , more they help us in our mission ,less problems , less misunderstandings and more efficiency in their  jobs.nowadays the manager is not a director but a leader , a mentor and a teacher
