The first minutes in the training of the hardest and most accurate minutes for trainers even the most experienced and can address this problem through a certain mostly strategies stems from a training experience for the coach, including a short film and a request for comment from the trainees, Another way is to ask a simple question for the trainees so answered by each of them It may be linked to the topic of the training program I will give you an example:

During a training program titled time management and meetings prompt to university faculty members asked the trainees that each of them introduces himself and answer the next question, "What is the happiest times for you? And a variety of answers to the diversity of social and professional experience and was a training session fun keen in which the participation of the trainees effective participation

ice breakers methods briefly:

1. The trainee should trust his\\her potentials.

2. having the passion of work that leads into achieving.

4. Believing that any track or work field you choose will definitely have some obstacles that will form  ultimately your experiences.

5. Listening skills are must before any reaction that might costs you a lot.

6. Planning should be translated into accomplishing gradually according the period you set up in advanced.

When I enter the training room I stear at all the trainee and they began to wonder who this should be, then I smile at them and they look at themselves still wondering then I troduce myself and the began be get free to discuss among themselves that ! Ah he scare me, I wonder what he is up to and so on. By that we are able to flow all through the section.

I sometimes accompany them as one of the Trainee (faking) and then understand their mindset, then after few hours of on field visit, I break the silence, it surprises the team though but they become open.

Bring a ball and ask participants to do the job in a circle smite the ball towards the person maintained by each person reach of Alkrhicom definition of himself and his work and his hobbies

Also possible to ask every person does have any argument or express it to be doing a theme expressed in and ask him to explain why he choose this phrase or slogan and Why is expressed

I asks every two trainees to talk to each other, and ask them all a question as" what will you do by million dollars?" and after 5 minutes every one identifies the other for all and explain his answer as well.
