Which is more difficult to handle: failure or success?

Well , in my opinion , continuity with success is more difficult than handle failure, because successful people can pass the failure but few people (Leaders) can continue with success , increase & expand it

The two together, but the biggest difficulty is not to succeed but to preserve it

I believe in " Success is more difficult to handle than failure".

I’ve been thinking about success regarding it as a problem and an opportunity as well. For instances, those who succeed in unexpected ways know that success is harder than failure. We are excited with opportunities but they also feel uncomfortable, like new shoes. We should feel more gratitude and less anxiety. When views were in the hundreds, writing Leadership Freak was easier. Additionally, opportunities come my way that exceed my expectations. If we failed we shouldn't felt like hiding under the table.

How to handle success

Trust:“Trust Yourself.”

Know: Don’t get lost in opportunities. Know yourself. Take time to reflect on who you are. Let who you are guide what you do.

Bring: Bring yourself to challenges and opportunities. Don’t bring someone else. Just bring you. If you want stress, try being someone else.

Story: Remember the classic stories of successful people  of to take important lessons for leaders who face challenges and opportunities.

Be Yourself 

Be a person of faith so begin your legend, Trust God,  So success remains an opportunity to work on.

I think to handle a failure is more difficult than dealing with success, and at the same time, to keep success ever-going on is more difficult than handling failure.
