I agree with your submission & to be sincere your question posses one of the most difficult problems in business dealings-"closing deals". Introduce & present your case & products. make sure you have all the necessary imformation & details of the product you are selling to be on the safe side to tackle any questions that the customer might pose. Disclose every relevant & important information regarding the product & operations of the company to the customers. Provide them with variety of alternatives or options to chose from, try to be very simple & precise to avoid wasting the customers's time or making their purchasing experince complex

Closing sale is probably hardest part in process, i would personaly start with inrroduction and presentation after that short story with open questions or question that will identify his needs. Try to get as much details as you can because you will use answers and solutions to close that sale.

Example if you selling alarm system and you talking to someone that lives alone or people where both of them are working you simply ask question like "when you think your home would be most vulnerable?" Customer will always answer when I'm at work or when it's night  now in both answers he agrees with you that he is vulnerable, which means be needs alarm.

On the closing you can use that to close him telling him that he doesn't need to worry when he is at work because he will have your alarm system. Of course you will also need to tell him about other benefites and show him something to see  use visualisation.
