I will give you simple example for your question
Imagine that you are a sales person and you have to submit your proposal for the customer by tomorrow morning and your are waiting for the information from the supplier ( the international company that you represent it) but you receive the proposal by the end of work time and it is unorganized.
So first you will work out of the work time ( that call overtime) also you should work quickly and hard to submit the proposal one time without rest ( that is call work under pressure)
In my opinion there is also the hardest pressure which is mix of some hard pressures
