this question can be replied on tow levels , in the past .. all middle east were in building stage .. and it was new era to enter the consumers market and this needed a lot of jobs to be fulfilled , in contracting , industry , food , marketing etc... the other political reason in those job seekers play important rule as well ... the second level is today ... things are changed less job offers , less investment attracting .. but still the power of income play the rule so middle east still attractive for job seekers in a less degree due to reduction of chances .
