Who is better in Marketing career, Women or Men & Why ?

I think that there is no difference between them

But the better  is who has the skill and experience

Either men or women who have social bahave,communication skill,motivational skills,energetic ,honest,devoted are the better marketer.

I think, Always women is better in marketing.

Because:

woman can produce creative ideas more than men

when woman works, she works because she likes that. But when man works, he works because he has to do

It is not depend of women or men. The better whose have a sales & marketing skills 

you should study the product or the items that tou want to offer it to client & ask him some questions 

that help you to read the client before you offer the product for him as i said focus on your  skills only

There is no difference Both are able of creativity in marketing sometimes outperform men to potential physical and bodily movement that help him and study of the market status and building plans effectively.

A lot also depends on the product, some products are unisex some are for males only and some for females.

Man or Women …Doesn’t make any difference.

Result Oriented person is much better.

Excellence calm

And system

And good follow-up

I think women are better than man as marketing is all about coomunication and women are way more talkative than men(though there are some exceptions).. 

In some countries it's even illegal to raise questions like this this one. People should never judged or considered for a position based on their gender, race, nationality, age etc... All that matters is experience, qualification, education, skills and professionalism. Using other metrics is called stereotyping which is being avoided by professional companies.
