who can be a good manager?

Good leaders are good managers.
A good manager is someone who can inspire their team members and push them to achieve their best at all times.

In my opinion Manager is obselete term in these new era of work culture.
We need coach rather than a manager who can always provide supporting hand whenever and wherever required by team / work force.

The one who can enable people to perform to their best ability without irritating them.

The Good Person

There are many different terms in the field of management.
There are: .
Manager .
Leader .
Boss .
Coach .
Mentor … etc Each has it own definition.
I can say that a Manager is the person who can balance resources to better server internal and external clients within his domain.
Internal clients are his team members, and external clients are his other colleges in the company.
A manager must not always be (nice).
Some situations needs tough manager.

Director shall be successful through the achievement of some of the points: Good relations And clarity of command Useful meetings Reward and appreciation A good listener Team Post The fulfillment of the promise Edit Data Bank

organised relationship between the team work is the main key of all work

Someone who can: Show and mean trust to his/her reports Keep promises Give credit when due Respect his/her reports' privacy Takes responsibility when things may go wrong and not blame others.

A good  Manage is who have the following qualites

pressur controleer and  quality of leading the team   Team leader 

punctual  and Risk controler 

You can be good manager, the position it self teaches, but experience you get when you are in that position and how you deal with it and what you learn from your mistakes is the major factor

The one who knows how to get the work done..
assign right job to the right persons and keep his team motivated!
