My best Lean was "Intraskill Movement Process Flow"

The main problem area was "Average time taken in intra skill movement is 45 minutes which was very high" that lead to disatisfaction towards our customers and productivity loss.

I came up with an idea that I made a roster for all teams using some analytical mind. After implementation of that roster,  time taken to complete the intraskill movement dropped down to 15 minutes  which will result in a dollar impact of $35274(approx).
