To convince people, i just have to be honest. I have to tell them what benefits they can get in choosing the right direction i think. And, I think I need to believe in it in the first place so I could be more convincing.

Communicative skill. The real sales person can be convince the customer that there is something in nothing and nothing is in something.

at first, one should undertsand the personality of the person he is trying to convince, focusing on his/her eyes, movements... this gives a first general idea if the person we want to convince is self confident, scared...now the most important stage start, one have just to understand the way of thinking of the person trying to convince, the best politics is when you just make people hear what they want to hear, and then you take them to the idea you want to reach of course using some details that serve your opinion and help you to offense other opinions

 to convince the other party that you are right you must be honest with God first and then you must be cultured scientifically and learner as you should be convinced of what you say in a correct scientific way

The basic way is to be a role model: if I go into the right direction with high integrity, and I also maintain a strong interest in and connectedness with those people around me, there is maximum chance they will follow me.

 

However, there is still no guarantee...

 

I would first connect with them (emotionally), would show them maximum empathy to have them fully open towards me.

 

Then I would spend as much time as needed, to really understand them: their deepest desires, dreams, beliefs and feelings (as much as time allows for it, of course). In order to do this, I would ask open questions to have them think for themselves.

 

Having understood their innermost needs and motivations I would highlight THEIR benefits of moving in the direction I think is right for them (this wouldn't be possible without understanding their true needs). I would do this gently, "coaching style". Gradually, I would raise my energy level, so that they can also feel energised through our discussion.

I would first understand the kind of people that am dealing with and afterwards, i would tell them my stand and then, we would negotiate after i have raised my point or issue to them.
