According to me, the best thing that can help you is Self Confidence. Keep in mind that you know the content of your presentation the most, this in turn will add to your confidence. And of course, thorough knowledge of the subject matter, balance of your topics to engage your target as well as a two-way communication with your audience will be critical. At the end relax yourself its just a presentation, go easy on yourself.
