Motivation factors: - Completion Recognition and honors Work itself the responsibility Progress and growth

Factors related to health: - Supervisors Working conditions Mutual relationships between individuals Wages and a sense of security The company and management policies

It is stimulated motivated individuals to search for social justice in the reward they receive for their performance

 

Managers can use the four main types of consolidation: - Strengthen the positive: a reward or output desirable to be granted after the occurrence of a particular behavior Strengthen Avoid: increases the likelihood that an individual is a repeat undesirable behavior Although used a different perspective Strengthen punitive: whenever the threat of punishment based there would be no motivation for any worker in order to do so would put him at Strengthening extra: Used to weaken the behavior it had been strengthened before

I do not think money only motivate employees, there should be recognition and promotion too to motivate employees and increase their productivity. Of course money is the first thing to motivate employees but if there is no recognition of their good works they might feel that if they work good or not it will be the same. Thirdly when there is scope for promotion or higher position it will make them to take initiative and work harder and will keep them in the same organization else they will seek higher position job elsewhere using the experience and skill they have.

i believe recognition is the first one , when an employer feels that he is well recognized in his place it would let him feel good about his future and this will make him more ambition and willing to give more for his job

 

comes next a higher level position , this type of employers feels better when they know that their bosses is trusting them for more responsibilities , this also will make him feels better about their futures in or out this place

then money , money always makes the one feels happy and motivated ,anytime and any where :)
