I would take the complain seriously and investigate the issue through the proper channels just like I would do with such a case if any other employee was accused. This is one of the situations where your values and core identity come to test. Are you a person living by your values and morals or are you a double faced - value empty opportunistic? This question is answered when you're put in such a situation.

Handle it like any other complain that you might get from the employees. Investigate, ensure solid proofs for this case available in your hands, take the necessary actions accordingly. The most important part is, don't give quick judgments that you may regret.
