a. Managed the  porduction team by given them good training.

b. Performing  weekly meeting regarding the production as per the ratio or activities provided.

c. Manage the evalution of the workers and giving them good incentive and award on his performance and promotion.

d.  Managed the team work with one group and see that the work is completed.
