Option B) Material requisition.

Materials Requisition  is used to issue goods from one place to another within  the organization.

Materials are issued up on material requisition.

Local purchase order is a clients order for the materials, company will make an invoice and delivery note against the local purchase order. then the delivery note copy collect by the store keeper and issue materials according to delivery note
