Effective and flawless mutual communication is a key to efficient learning system. It indicates the level of performance of the senses. I would like to use the term "reflex action" to elaborate my point of view. Reflex action is the instant, precise and effective biological response to a certain action. If the feedback reaches to this level, it's considered best communication.

In the learning system teacher and student are two main characters. Both of them needs feedback to proceed confidently which is essential for success.

Certainly, there are limits that needs to be careful about and not to be crossed;

- student should not respond positively if he didn't understand perfectly.

- teacher should not appreciate overjoyed his student if performance of the student was not perfect.

- true feedback makes the process of education more effective.

- false feedback can lead it to ditch.

Yes, positive feedback generates better involvement of learners since it gives them a sense of satisfaction and self-confidence, a better self-image and the feel that they "can do." This is essential to have better teaching / learning atmosphere. But, at the same time, positive feedback should not ignore the shortcomings of the learners. Shortcomings can also be put before the learners through positive feedback.
