What is the definition of quality mangement system and how to carry out continous improvement in quality?

The quality management system is the process of plan quality mangement, perform quality control and assurance. Quality mangement include  the creation of policies and procedure and follow them to ensure that the project meets the defined need or requirementit was intended to meet the client's perspective.

OR Simply says that the project is acciomplished with no deviation form the project set  requirements. The continous improvement need to put in place process of improvement plan. Continously looking for small improvement in quality shall be continous improvement.
