What is the purpose of YOU making a profile on Bayt? 1. Job 2. Exchange of ideas 3. To find talent 4. Networking

The arrangement of your choices pretty much applies to me except for No. 3 since I am an employee. Yes I created a profile on Bayt.com to seek for a new challenging role, next is to exchange and grab new ideas from the experts and lastly is to grow connections. 

First it started out to 1. Find a job, then when I figured it more out I started doing 2. Exchanging of ideas and 4. Networking.

I embrace that my Bayt profile is a tool for:

1-  Career branding and self-reputation .

2-   Professional networking

3-  Community in practice to reflect on action on my experience.

4-   Resources for my MBA admission.

Once upon a time, I received a question  from bayt.com which was very  interesting and challenging then I started a profile and start asking and answering questions  whenever free or out of work.  In fact, it was taken a long years back when I was a student for my MBA thesis. And now, I am became an addict of bayt.com because professional questions and answers.

Many or most of using copy and paste formula from google blindly, but still some very good questions and answers which is now helping me for Doctor of Business Administration course. So I am still continuing with full interest . Thanks Ms.Sidrah for asking such good question for thought of some profile holders  herein.
