Dear Basu,
Any experience (even of few weeks or months) is always valuable. So your four years of experience must reflect in your day-to-day actiities in any country. Improving your skill by handling new reforms and company practises (in a new industry) along with your current knowledge is what every company expects. An experience from a bigger industry or multi-national company is more sought after as it exposes you better company standards, implementing up-to-date taxations, more pressure situations, etc.As for applying jobs; unless specified by the employer for a UAE specific experince or for job criterias you don't fit; you may always post your resumes. Post your full details to your employer; let them decide if you fit their profile. Do not loose on an opportunity beacuse you failed to reply.
Regards,
Alex
