The main features of a strategic HRM approach:

- Manage new employees (recruitment procedures)

- Maintain existing staff (monitoring of employees in the company)

- Predicting future skills needs of the company (forward management of human resources).

It is therefore to make the staff more profitable.

- Know find the appropriate resource "staff"

- Manage in dynamically way, scalable, putting up lightweight structures in trying to achieve sacial innovations.
