Yes, you have to interview the candidate to check his educational attainment, skills and experience; and compare the score with your predetermined criteria of job description and expected profile of the candidate.
If the personal profile, educational attainment, skills and experience is OK and you are certain that the person could do the job, only then you can select the candidate.
