In my opinion to be a peofessional customer service yo should have a special skills that support you to be qualified in your career, in my experiance you have to be smart to understand the customer's need and to be flexiable to know how to satisfay him, always listen to what he needs? And try to be quite when the customer is angry from something because negotation with him in this time will not help the situtaton. the risk in this career to be someone who don't have the negotation skills but if you have it the profession will appear of the years of working as customer service agent.
To be a perfect customer service professional you have those qualities which raise you up but about risk, if any thing is there in your presence and in your duty hour you have to be responsible and take all the risks.
