What will happen after scoring/ achieving diamond rank in one or more Specialty? Do we add more specialties or it will cancel the previous score?

I think that, you can add a new bayt profile with new specialties you need and keep your current profile which is diamond ranked. That's better from my view to keep your old profile to be a reference for new employers .Thanks 

yes unfortunate this is bad if u need that :(

but that also good give y more rank and points to be the first one on ur major and u can add that to ur CV

First tell us the secret of gaining diamond with such low score, questions/answers !

We must learn to do TWO things in any pursued area.

1. Beginner to bridge the gap between the beginning towards to leading.
2. Once you started leading, widen the gap between the leading and trailing so as to standout strongly.

This way one can keep complacency far away on reaching the peak.

Since you have a maximum of 5 specialties, if you want to add a new one, you'll have to take off one of the current specialties you have. I  believe that you don't loose your status or points on the specialty that you removed but it doesn't show on your profile any more if you take it out. However if you're ranked as one of the top 10 in a certain specialty and in case you removed it from your profile, it still shows on the top 10 rank unless other people succeed to score more than you and you're pushed down.

I think the rankings according to their respective specialties, for example, Human Resource Development from initial ranking Bronz, then Silver and Gold, Titanium next course with a certain number of points earned by answering questions or submit / create questions. As well as other specialties eg Business Development, Project Management and others.One person may get a specialization of more than one with the same requirements. Point gained a high level of course increasingly adding Ranking respective specialties.
