Duration of the project start and the market status of the material which we are going to purchase, wether it is in demand or not, then the requirment status of the project accourding to this we can go for whole saler or the manufacturer.

we should know the budget of the project, we should know what material are easily available at the area of the site in case of a remote area, and most importantly how much time it needs to get delivered at site. All the things should be kept in mind at the time of the startup.
