After any return shipment if there is short discrepancy, what is the next procedure in WMS? Or what is the suitable action?

Once the return shipment is received, the next procedure is to check the condition of the shipment received.

If there is any discrepancy, it is the sole responsibility of the customer or distributor whoever returns the shipment. Based on the procedure company follows, stock transfer for the quantities which are in good condition shall be performed and Stock adjustment note should be generated for the missing and defect quantities.
