Hello Hany, thank you for your invitation, , If talk about legal components of that movement you can register your company at California at a least it will simplify investment procedure if you are about to apply for investments in Valley,

or establish your company’s subsidiary there,

or just hire a team in Valley and they will promote your start-up there (this model from angellist.com and this is most low-budget solution) but please Hany let me give you little advice your start-up and you yourself must be ready to act at this highest level of business, so,

  • prepare your marketing plan exactly well,
  • prepare your short introduction speech you will be doing this again and again
  • be ready to show them that your start-up is ready for expansion and it can work not only in Gulf region.

I strong recommend to techs entrepreneurs visit this cluster, the speeches you will hear, meetings and tips you could have could up your skills extremely and of course, investments that you can have (it is rocket fuel for your market expansion) they could help you to jump from your garage at leading positions because most rich angel investors and biggest venture funds act in Valley.

I can share my own experience in relation to Valley I showed my own start-up there, it was platform designed for export managers and it was unique experience.  …and little tip for your, friends from Bayt, I could see that in most favor of Valley are start-ups in mobile applications segment and investors prefer to invest in bottom-line entrepreneurs.
