Will fabric softener solve my hard water laundry problems?

Fabric Softner can't solve the water hardness problem, hard water will consume more chemicals and can turn your linen to grey, only the solution is to instal Soft Water treatment plant.

No coz hard water must be need reverse osamis plate after problums finished other wise not
