Brief your intentions through various communication platforms like safety meetings, training, suggestion box. Have motivated people in various areas to promote safety and get feedbacks for further improvement.
Imposition follow safety rules and activate a daily action plan, weekly, monthly and annual identify risks at work
by building safety team and increase safety awareness in the orgranization.
By spreading the awarenesss among the general public and the consequences of the loss incured while someone looses the life because of unsafe act condition or behaviours
Convinence the Managmeent in fulfilling their Moral, Social (Legal) and Economic responsibilities complying to the relavant Safety statutes / standards at workplace. Secondly involve and engage the worker through active participation, motivation (award / reward) and help them enhancing their competency by educating & training them in understanding their and management role for following site safety rules. Focus area is behavior which should be at the core of the propaganda and programs.
1. Establish Safety Representation in departments and sections
2. Conduct regular safety meetings and briefings
3. Form social network groups to dismininate quick public information
4. Motivate intrinsic factors among network groups by identifying their interests
5. Use occasional extrinsic rewards to enforce positive social behavior
