well, most of the protein from animal based foods are complete protein such as egg, meat, fish and poultry,however, some of the protein from plant based foods have complete protein like tofu, soy and quinoa also, you can mix grains with beans in one meal to get a complete protein from plant for example, mix rice with lentils. The meat, poultry, fish, eggs,milk and Yogurt ، beans and nuts are good sources of protein and vitamin "B", iron and zinc and amino acids ، Calcium and fiber .
