Primarily reducing stress in life by meditating, yoga, morning walk / jogging, easy exercises, reducing oily, fat, cholesterol food. Instead increasing intake of fresh veggies, fruits, nuts and leafy vegetables in diet. Increasing no. of portions of food instead of eating huge quantities 2-3 times a day. Calorie count, drinking lots of water during day and less water during nights.
Spending quality time with children, their wellbeing and breathing fresh air.
We can improve our quality of life by eating the right diet, excercise and know how to deal towards stress. And one thing for me the most important to have a healthy life is to have a healthy relationship in any one, form, and race.
