If nothing motivates you at work and the workplace atmosphere seems to be a bit off and unfriendly with chaos from different department, are you willing to risk yourself to look for a new yet emotionally satisfying job? Would you give up your high salary knowing that there's a small chance of getting the same salary? Which weighs higher to you - salary or the job and workplace condition?
No one is leaving their high paid job that easily as all jobs have their own stresses and preassures. If one leaves high paying job due to stress factors, what is the guarantee that the next job will be stress free?. After all one has to try to manage cleverly and leave the job if it is utterly impossible to continue.
yes some times may be i take risk and accept less from current salary
Thanks for the invitation. I agree with Mr. Fazl and Mr. Shahl's answers. I wouldn't leave the current job just because of those factors unless I get another offer with a satisfying package.
When the economic situation is not promising and job market is decreasing, it would be a luxury and NOT recommended to give up the present job which may be stressful.
It is advisable to stick to the present job and look at the market what skills are in demand, then prepare yourself accordingly and apply for better jobs.
This necessity imposed by the current economic situation, bring the machine, rather than human, digital, modern means of communication and advanced communication, economic and political crises of the revolution, high population growth, the increase in the growth of educational institutions and to increase the number of graduates
The question seems ambiguous. However for me I actually consider economic recession is a common case not only in GCC and Arab region but also worldwide. Look at Europe now! I think that the European recession is part of the great recession, which began inside US in 2009 and the crisis spread to Europe rapidly and much of the Middle East were affected with several Arab countries already in recession till now, while most others in Europe suffering marked economic setbacks strikes such as Italy, Greece and Spain…etc. So we must accept the real situation, either about paid salaries and accept changes in economic and markets conditions, put in consideration also political instability due to war in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya which caused more economic damage to manpower market at first place.
its little bit complicated as the economic situation will effect directly in wages and employment rate as if the economics situation go bad the wage will be lower and the employment rate as well , but sometimes other opportunities may arise , as poor economic sometimes push other industries to raise , or sometimes the raw material and other factor cost may be lower which keep the employment and wage rate , also some industries instead of reduce wages they start to raise the job qualification or skills required to make more competitive advantage
In the current situation must be maintained Current Position
Out of the economic situation.
Any job opportunity , there are several fundamentals that the candidate must take on his mind , Salary , Vacation , work invironment and incentives . For advanced he must be mindful of all benefits as well. Salary is not the end of it. If insurance costs more, vacation time differs, or just the overall culture of Company is better, that could drastically change his experience over time.
No never since we are playing on the market and we know the real market picture.
