Why is it very hard to find a job as an electronics engineer here in UAE? Are there no semiconductor companies here?

There are plenty of electronics jobs. There is an acute shortage of electronics engineers.Here is one possible reason -Students are not learning electronics. They study to clear exams and do not even know what is current technology. Here is one example,India has over 100 crore mobile chargers. Almost all of them are china made, They can be made in India, however ask any student if he knows the technology behind the mobile phone charger and you will get a standard reply
