The vertical integration of business and HR strategies is achieved under the below point

nd the business strategy.

●    Identify the skills and behaviour necessary to implement the business strategy.

●    Understand and develop the HRM practices necessary to elicit those skills and behaviours. The business strategy may not be clearly defined – it could be in an emergent or evolutionary state, which would mean that there would be little or nothing with which to fit the HR strategy.nd the business strategy.
