In-house training is training that is conducted within the organization iteself without sending teh trainees to an external site. This could be done with trainers who are employees of the company or external to the company.

Training sessions are employed positions that can be paid or unpaid, which provides job training value, often filled with high school and university students

In short, this is training done by an experienced employee within your organization to close a skills or knowledge gap that might exist. It can eiher be an employee that has the skills already, or you can sent the employee to get the training and implement it in-house. This is normally non-trademarked courses, or if the organization gets the trademark, you can present it in-house.

To summarize below answers, in-house training means any type of training event arranged inside the company premises, attendees are from same company and the trainer may or may not be from same company but outsourced externally (local trainer or from abroad).
