QC quality control مراقبة الجودة .

QA: quality assurance مراقبة أو التحكم فى التامين على الجودة وهى الجهة الأعلى من جهة مراقبة أو التحكم فى الجودة من حيث مسئولياتها من جهة التامين على الجودة من حيث مطابقة جميع العمال للمواصفات المعمول بها عالميا وحسب متطلبات العقد الفنى بالخصوص كالمشاريع المنفذة من قبل المقاولين وغيرها من أعمال الصيانة الأخرى.

Quality is an important factor when it comes to any product or service. With the high market competition, quality has become the market differentiator for almost all products and services.

Therefore, all manufacturers and service providers out there constantly look for enhancing their product or the service quality.

QC: Many people get confused between quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA). Let's take a look at quality control function in high-level.

The process of making sure that the stakeholders are adhered to the defined standards and procedures is called quality control. In quality control, a verification process takes place.Certain activities and products are verified against a defined set of rules or standards.Every organization that practices QC needs to have a Quality Manual. The quality manual outlines the quality focus and the objectives in the organization.

QA:Quality Assurance is a broad practice used for assuring the quality of products or services. There are many differences between quality control and quality assurance.In quality assurance, a constant effort is made to enhance the quality practices in the organization.Therefore, continuous improvements are expected in quality functions in the company. For this, there is a dedicated quality assurance team commissioned.

QCاو رقابة الجودة هى مجموعة من عمليات التفتيش يتخللها اجراءات تصحيحية ثم يتبعها تحليل لنتائج الاجراءات التصحيحية المتخذة

QA او توكيد الجودة هو مجموعة من الاجراءات الوقائية لمنع حدوث اى اخطاء متوقعة يليها اعمال تفتيش لتنفيذ الاجراءات الموضوعة

الاختلاف الجوهري هو أن ضمان الجودة معنى باالعملية PROCESS بينما مراقبة الجودة معنى بالمنتج PRODUCT. QA معنى بضمان الجودة بمعنى أنك تقوم بالأمور والعمليات بالطريقة الصحيحة --- بصورة أبسط ----- التأكد من طريقة إنتاج المنتج صحيحة و على المسار الصحيح QC معنى بتحكم مراقبة الجودة والتأكد من أن نتائج ما قمت به هي ما كنت تتوقعه وصحيح تماما. --- بصورة أبسط ----- التأكد من النتيجة و انها صحيحة و كما كان مخطط لها من البداية

ضمان الجودة يتعامل مع خطوات/إجراءات إنتاج المنتج من الآلف للياء وفقا للمعايير مراقبة أو ضبط الجودة يتعامل مع مواصفات المنتج وضبط تحقيق هذه المواصفات المطلوبة
