What are the most important factors I must have in my resume as purchasing and procurement specialist in order to find a rewarding career in Dubai?

I have not work in Dubai before, but in general, Your resume must go to the right points clearly. Whereas some of those points are: Experience, Educational Level and Achievements.

In particular as (Purchasing) you need:

- Communication Skill - written / oral

- Time Management

- Excellent Follow up (in general)

- Negotiation Skill and Discussion

- Solving Problems

- Build a good relationship with the suppliers, customers and Colleagues.

- Having experience of Finance, Shipping, Logistics and Customs (will be an advantage).

You Must  have a college degree in business administration.Skills in communication with others and certificates of experience in the field of procurementSkills on the use of computer programsLearning the global procurement system according to the ISO.Mastering the English language very well.

1) Layout is always high on the list of priorities.

2) Try to incorporate some of your biggest achievements into your opening profile.

3) Your ability to collaborate with suppliers, service providers, customers and negotiate win-win contracts to deliver the products and services in a timely and cost efficient manner is critical.

4) Become a Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) if you can and mention it in your resume.

5) It never looks good to take sole credit for achievements.

6) You should avoid using "I" frequently.

You must have a good Knowledge in the procurement process and procedure 

You must have a good Knowledge on how to use procurement operation system like Oracle if you  are target a big companies
